NSFW Art in general. This doesn't include suggestive artworks. Some NSFW examples include:

Depictions of sexual acts.

Artwork that includes bodily fluids/waste.

All forms of penetration.

Extreme fetishes/kinks.

Suggestive artworks (which are allowed) might include:

Suggestive poses/angles.

Lewd/adult clothing.

Forms of affection, such as kissing, hugging, cuddling, etc.

I reserve the right to refuse any orders.

I reserve the right to change my pricing at any time. Changes in pricing do not effect commissions started prior to pricing changes.

Completion times may vary, due to complexity, current workload, personal life, or any other issues. I will notify you with progress updates, or if any delays occur. I only offer deadlines in select few circumstances!

I have the right to cancel and refund your commission at any time.

You can cancel a commission fully before a payment is made.

If there's any reason for cancellation, only a partial refund will be given appropriate to how far in the process of the commission I'm in.

You cannot request a refund after a commission is complete.

I have full rights to all commissions, for personal or commercial use.

Deadline fees will be applicable if I agree to a deadline. Fees will vary.

Payment is only through PayPal, in USD ($). Commissions require half upfront payment before I start a commission, and second half of payment is required after a commission is complete.

I will send WIP updates throughout the process.

For Illustrations, there is a limit of 3 changes after the block-in stage. Any more than 3 changes, there will be extra fees.

For VTuber Design work, changes during the process are free. However, I do not offer changes after a design is complete.

I will notify you once the commission is complete, and I will send a full resolution image via email, only after second half of payment is sent.

There are slot limits for commissions. This helps provide a balanced workload for me. You can always check my carrdco to see my current commission status, and if there are any slots remaining!

Commissions are for personal use only! Commissions for commercial use can be discussed. If commissioning a present for a friend, the same rights apply to said person.

Personal Use Rights:

For personal use.

Post on social media with proper credit given.

Print out for yourself and display in your own personal space, i.e. your room, or a privately owned space/property (i.e. house, or office/studio space) of your's.

Personal usage of designs in TTRPGs.

Commercial Rights (Double Base Pricing):

Use for promotional content, i.e. music covers (songs or albums), books, thumbnails for videos, social media posts, etc.

Merchandise Rights (Triple Base Pricing):

If you will be directly making money off of my artwork in anyway. (This includes designs made for projects that you intend to profit off of.)

You are not allowed to:

Use the artwork for commercial or merchandise purposes without purchasing rights.

Take credit for the creation of the artwork.

Remove any watermarks/signatures/logos.

Use my art for AI or NFT.

Purchasing any of these rights does not forfeit my personal/commercial rights of the artwork, including live streaming the process.

If requested, I can work on commissions exclusively off stream.
